PVC Battery Boxes, new design

It's proven hard to find PVC pipe with an outside diameter of 3" that works for these boxes.  But I've figured out the supply problem, and worked out some building tricks that are giving me reliable results now.  These are to R2 club CS:R specs and they're sharp:
